14.5-Hectare Holiday Estate with Lakes and Equestrian Facilities Near Győr, Hungary

This breathtaking estate near Győr, Hungary, just 30 km from the city, satisfies every wish. It offers everything a nature lover could want — tranquillity, water in the form of lakes and a stream, fish, magnificent trees, wide open spaces, parkland, and animals ranging from poultry to horses.

The estate covers 14.5 hectares in total, of which the larger lake has a 2-hectare water surface and the smaller one 1 hectare. The large lake is home to trophy carp, grass carp and zander, while the smaller lake is not currently in use.

The whole estate has an arboretum-like character, with huge trees, groves, pastures, ozone-rich air, and a stream running along the property boundary. Its layout is well thought out functionally, so the various activities it accommodates do not interfere with one another — made possible by the sheer size of the land.
