This 10-hectare property near Pécs, Hungary, is reached by turning off Route 6 onto a 1 km dirt road.

Its land classification comprises: 5 hectares of water surface (a non-agricultural reservoir), 2.3 hectares of forest, and 2.2 hectares of pasture, arable land and a drainage ditch.
