4.9-Hectare Property with a 3.9-Hectare Fish Pond near Siófok, Hungary

This 4.9-hectare estate in a beautiful setting lies in Hungary, in the countryside (Külterület) 1 km from the edge of the nearest village. It is reached partly by paved road and partly by a sandy dirt track passable in every season, and lies 100 km from the M0-M7 motorway junction and 25 km from Siófok.

The 3.9-hectare lake has an exceptionally reliable water supply, maintaining a near-constant water level in almost every season thanks to incoming watercourses and its own water sources. The renovated lake, which holds a water management permit, has a depth of 2-5 m.

The lakebed is firm clay and free of silt. It currently operates as a fish pond.
