Near Kaposvár, in a valley between wooded hills, 2.7 ha fish pond for sale, Hungary

The 2.7 ha lake lies in a valley ringed by wooded hills, in a nature conservation area.

The valley-dam lake fills by gravity from a seasonal spring in the neighbouring forest; surplus water leaves over the spillway. Maximum depth at the outlet sluice is 3 m.

The lake can be walked around, is 300 m long, with a 2–8 m shore strip. A 600 m² island sits in the middle.

Access is by a 600 m dirt road from the paved road. No utilities; electricity from 300 or 500 m.

Formerly a rearing pond, now a private estate. Typical stock: carp, grass carp, zander and small fish. No brown bullhead.

Nearest settlement 2 km; Kaposvár is the closest city, Pécs 50 km.

Valid water management permit. A farm building linked to the lake’s use may be built.
