In the Külterület of Szeged, beside a residential zone, 1.3 ha property with lakes for sale, Hungary

Immediately next to Szeged, this 1.3 ha property is registered on two cadastral parcels.

One parcel is 0.7 ha of pasture with a 3,000 m² fish pond. The other is 0.6 ha of meadow, arable land and standing water withdrawn from cultivation, also with a 3,000 m² fish pond.

Both are classed as near-natural. The National Park stated that use (dwelling, farming) does not harm conservation interests and that a dwelling may be built under the local building code.

The whole area is fenced and has three-phase power. Mains water and gas can be connected nearby.

The lakes are stocked with about 10 quintals of carp and crucian carp. Depth 1.3–2 m.
